I. No subscription or purchase required to enter drawing. Purchase does not increase chances of winning. The promotion runs from FEBRUARY 1, 2025, 12:00AM PST to July 15, 2025, 5:00PM PST. On July 15, 2025, (1) ONE winner will be announced at 10:00 AM PST via email and/or SMS message or on Facebook live. The (1) ONE winner will be chosen at random. If winner does not respond within 7 days prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.

IV. Eligibility. This promotion is open to legal residents of Merced, County, 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Must own their own home and in order to win solar panel cleaning must have solar panels. Pure Solar Cleaning and it's employees, and it's immediate families are not eligible for this promotion.

V. Conditions. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and decisions of Pure Solar Cleaning and its judges. Any taxes or other expenses (monthly hosting fees, etc.) not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to execute and return within fourteen (14) days of date printed on notification, an Affidavit or Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, and any other documentation Zen Gorilla Media reasonably requires for prize fulfillment. Zen Gorilla Media will send form the relevant 1099 Tax form to the winner. If a prize is unable to be done do to eligibility, the corresponding prize will be forfeited. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Pure Solar Cleaning accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or usage of the prize awarded hereunder. VI. Participation. By submitting an Entry, entrants grant Pure Solar Cleaning a perpetual and unrestricted license to use their names and images and any submitted content, in any format, provided in connection with their giveaway entries in advertisements and/or promotions without further compensation. The use of personal information collected in the course of the giveaway shall be governed by the terms of Pure Solar Cleaning, Privacy Policy. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges (if applicable). Should the sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Pure Solar Cleaning reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received prior to the termination date. VII. Limitations of Liability. By entering the giveaway, entrants hereby agree that all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the giveaway, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action. Any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred and associated with entering the giveaway, if any. Entrant hereby specifically waives the right to claim that any attorney’s fees be awarded and under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, any and all punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized account subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules.

VIII. Construction. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official giveaway rules, or the rights and obligations of any contestant and their affiliated organization and Pure Solar Cleaning, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without giving effect to any choice of laws or conflict of laws rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than California. In the event that any provision herein is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provisions were not contained therein and the provisions deemed unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be blue penciled as narrowly as possible in order to make the provisions valid and enforceable.

IX. USE OF DATA: Pure Solar Cleaning will be collecting personal data about entrants online, in accordance with Pure Solar Cleaning’s Terms of Use. By entering the sweepstakes, each entrant acknowledges that he or she has read and accepted Pure Solar Cleaning’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and agrees to Pure Solar Cleaning’s usage of his or her personal information.
